If the customer wishes to cancel the contract, they must do so within 4 weeks of the next scheduled clean. If the customer moves to a new address within an area covered by South West Bin Cleaning Co and they give 4 weeks prior notice, then any remaining bin cleans will be transferred to the new address and rescheduled according to the cleaning schedule for that area. However, if the customer moves to a new address outside the area covered by South West Bin Cleaning Co, a refund for any remaining bin cleans will be refunded as long as 4 weeks prior notification is received.

South West Bin Cleaning Co reserves the right to cancel or refuse any subscription.
